eStota is the solution. We bring loved ones together irrespective of distance. Our app allows our customers to brighten up the day of a loved one with a press of a button of their smartphone even if they are thousands miles away from each other.

Frequently asked question
Where could I download your app? 
We have both an Android as well as iOS version of the app. Therefore, please search eStota.app in google play or apple store and download it to your smartphone
How do I know if the product is delivered?
We will send you an email at least two times: the first one, when you successfully place an order and the second time when we successfully deliver the product.
What is your cancellation policy?
Before submitting an order, a customer can cancel any order. Once the order is submitted, we have already contacted the product provider and paid for the product. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order once it is submitted and an email is sent to the customer.
What is your refund policy?
Just like our cancellation policy, since once an order is submitted, we have already paid for the product, we cannot refund the payment made for the order.
